About Me

Thanks for taking the time to visit my site, I hope you enjoy browsing the images.
Born and brought up on beautiful Isle of Man I quickly developed a love for the outdoors and began photographing the island’s stunning and varied landscapes from a very early age. Placed right in the middle of the Irish Sea with Ireland to the west, England to the east, Scotland to the north and Wales to the south (all of which can be seen on a clear day!) I like to think of the Isle of Man as Britain in miniature. We have sand dunes and sandy beaches reminiscent of places in Norfolk or along England’s south coast, pretty fishing villages like Devon or Cornwall and heather moorland and conifer forests which in many places make you feel that you could easily be on the Yorkshire Moors or in the Highlands of Scotland. That’s not mentioning our beautiful farmland, reservoirs, numerous national glens and picturesque castles and other heritage sites! You can tell I love this place! Even after over 20 years of photography the Islands landscape and wildlife still provide me with endless opportunities for photography and I love to discover new and hidden places where I’ve still never been before.
